We are looking for contractor with experience (1-3 years) in general HR activities.

Description de l’offre :

The duties and responsibilities of the contractor shall include, but not be limited to, the Following The administrative management of personnel records:
- Administrative monitoring annual performance, Drafting of administrative correspondence (Certification Employer correspondence with employees)  
- Maintenance of personnel records: constitution, document verification, updating and archiving Day,  
- Manages absences (sending formal notices 48 hours after conclusion of the absence, preparation of questionnaires for ... reasons for absences.)  
- Provides social benefits (Workers' statement within 08 days after recruitment, management and monitoring of diseases, notification of occupational accidents in the 48 hours…….) - - - - Establishment of titles and leave the good performance of the leave register  
- Manage file under the service   Establishment of payment requests: CNAS, Bailiff, etc.  
- Establishment of mission orders  Responsible for archiving files  
- Responsible for training and related training institutions and filing of statements at the DFP  Manage the reception of guests and new recruits  
- Keeps legal records  
- Maintains the personnel records every movement of staff Provide Disease Registry, sick leave, leave tracks on the HR software;
- Responsible for the preparation of Certificates of work and work certificates

- Experience between 1-3 years
- Bachelor in finance, economic, management, …
- Good communication skills: Arabic, French and English
